Did you know that every K–5 student at Northside is actively tracking their progress toward mastering academic standards? Students and teachers collaborate to set meaningful short-term and long-term goals, and students take ownership of monitoring their individual growth.
Each time a student meets a goal, they celebrate with one of our wonderful administrators, Mrs. Frowert, Mrs. Peña, or Dr. Kimball, and proudly add their name to our Viking Glow board. So many students have been achieving their goals that Mrs. Frowert even had to add another bulletin board in the hallway!
